J.A. King / NC Measurements offers full calibration services both at our facilities and on-site at you facility.
Our 17025 calibration services range from simple hand gage calibrations to full DCC CMM calibrations.

Gage Blocks & Masters Your gage blocks and masters will be documented as found, checked, cleaned and calibrated in our labs. Calibration includes NIST traceablility.

Optical Comparator Calibration Your Optical Comparator will be verified, calibrated, adjusted and certified by highly skilled factory trained technicians. We calibrate all Comparator Brands. J.A. King / NC Measurements Technicians will provide a full service check-up and report for your Comparator while performing the Calibration. All accuracy verifications are performed in accordance with ANSI-NCSL/Z540-1 and in adherence to ISO/IEC 17025. All calibration equipment used are calibrated and traceable to NIST. Technicians use precision Glass Projection Master to calibrate, adjust and certify Optical Comparator accuracy. Multi year contracts are available.

CMM Calibration Your CMM will be verified, calibrated, adjusted and certified by highly skilled factory trained technicians. We calibrate all CMM Brands and Configurations. J.A. King / NC Measurements Technicians will provide a full service check-up and report for your CMM while performing the Calibration. All accuracy verifications are performed in accordance with ASME B89.4.15 and in adherence to ISO/IEC 17025. All calibration equipment used are calibrated and traceable to NIST. J.A. King / NC Measurements Technicians use Renishaw Laser Interferometers and BallTec ballbars to calibrate your CMM. Calibration will include as found results, cleaning and testing machine and calibrating machine. Adjustments will be made where applicable. Length standards for VDI/VDE certification can be used on request. All calibration equipment used are calibrated and traceable to NIST. Multi year contracts are available.
